Activity 1: Using Print Preview 1. Open the document that you created in Module 7 "Formatting Practice". 2. Print Preview shows how the document will look when printed. From the File menu choose Print Preview. Notice that the Print Preview menu bar allows you to format the document; also note that there is a live cursor blinking in the document. You may add or edit text in Print Preview, 3. Click on the down arrow of the Zoom control window and choose 75% 4.Click on the "Multiple Pages" button
and drag to select 1x2 pages. |

To edit text in print preview:
To exit print preview and return to the previous view of the document, click Close. |

Activity 2: Printing 1. To print your document, choose Print from the File menu. This opens the printer dialogue box. The printer dialogue box is specific to the type of printer you have installed, but the general format will look something like the picture below: 2. Explore the Printer dialogue box for your printer. If there is a Properties or an Options tab, click on it. |

To print a document: You can print the active document by clicking Print
To print a range of pages:
If you click Pages, you must also enter the page numbers or page ranges you want to include, or both.
